Teachers will become high paid content managers in the next 1 to 5 years in my opinion. My experience with AI tells me that anyone, including AI, can generate great content. There is currently a lack of good content marketing, content writing, effort, and proof reading. I believe teachers excel at all the problem issues and when combined with AI will result the next job migration and aim AI in the right direction.
Currently most teachers are grossly underpaid in the United States and likely the world. A problem I do very much see though is the promise of future employment and benefits for teachers that make the transition to content manager. Teachers may not be paid well but the retirement, benefits, and schedule (summer off) sounds better and better the older you get.
I think that if companies open their doors to teachers for the role of content manager and offer teacher-like benefits that AI, content itself, teachers, and companies will all benefit. In the short term I think it is an exciting opportunity for teachers to do part-time roles in content management fields. Retired teachers may end up boosting their retirement piggy bank and shaping AI-content in a positive way.
